RNA sequence analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between molecular pathology and sensitivity to molecular target drugs on canine histiocytic sarcoma cell lines. RNA was extracted from a canine histiocytic sarcoma cell line, and the RNA integrity number was calculated using an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. After extracting mRNA using the poly(A) method and preparing the library, 26.7 M reads per sample were read using NovaSeq 6000 with 150 bp paired-end.
