Coal Seam Formation Water Community Profiles

This collection includes data to support the paper on the Kelpie software which reconstructs amplicons from metagenomes. \n\nSpecifically, the collection includes three zip files which includes pair-merged amplicon data for the 3 samples; the corresponding 16S-filtered WGS data and the original metagenomes.\n\nThe three formation water samples in the data labelled as:\nW1, W2, W3 – and their respective basins/CSMB refs are in the Kelpie manuscript.\nLineage: All data was generated from by extracting DNA from coal seam formation waters from samples W1, W2 or W3. DNA was then subject to (a) 16S PCR amplifications and Illumina sequencing of the amplicon pool or (b) metagenomic sequencing.
