资源简介:
Long term Evasterias and Pisaster winter population data from 2008 to 2017. The number of surveys varies across years where n = 3 surveys for 2008, n = 2 surveys for the years for 2009, 2010, 2011, n = 4 surveys for 2013, n = 5 surveys for 2015, 2016, and n = 30 surveys for 2017. We provide information on the timing of the survey (‘date’, ‘month’, ‘year’, ‘season’), the timing relative to the SSWD outbreak (‘wasting’, with ‘pre’ being before wasting and ‘post’ being after wasting), the location of the survey (‘site’), opportunistic measurements of salinity during the survey (‘salinity’), the species quantified (‘species’, either ‘Pisaster’ or ‘Evasterias’), the abundance of that species (‘abundance’), the proportion of each species relative to the other (‘prop_sp’) and the percent of the maximum abundance within species over time (‘percent_max’). See the methods section 2.1 for further details.
