Identification results of protein polypeptide in Scalded Hedgehog Hide by liquid mass spectrometry additional file1 and file2.csv

Hedgehog hide is the dry skin of Erinaneus europaeus L. or Hmiechinus dauricus Sundevall.  Hedgehog hide is an animal drug in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). HPLC combined with mass spectrometry was used to detect protein and polypeptide components in Scalded Hedgehog Hide. PEAKS software was applied to search library and make identification analysis.
