Expression data from 2 month old mouse dorsal root ganglia (DRG) - various mutant conditions

Transcription factor Meis1 regulates DRG development. We study Meis1 function through assessing whole genome transcriptional profiling of mouse DRG. We used microarrays to examine gene expression in control and Meis1 mutant DRGs. 2 month old contol and Meis1 mutant DRGs were collected for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.转录因子Meis1调控背根神经节（Dorsal Root Ganglion, DRG）的发育。本研究通过分析小鼠背根神经节（DRG）的全基因组转录谱，对Meis1的功能展开研究。我们采用微阵列（microarrays）检测对照组与Meis1突变型DRG的基因表达情况。实验收集了2月龄的对照组与Meis1突变型DRG样本，用于RNA提取，并在Affymetrix微阵列上进行杂交反应。
