This project includes B cell receptor (BCR) sequencing of B cells isolated from tumors and draining lymph nodes (DLNs) in a BALB/c mouse model of breast cancer. B cells were sorted by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) based on CD19, B220, and CD138 expression to capture all B cell populations. Samples were collected from 4 mice per time point at 14 and 21 days following tumor inoculation to study temporal changes in the antibody repertoire. Sequencing targeted the immunoglobulin heavy chain variable regions and included isotypes IgM, IgG, and IgA. Libraries were prepared and sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq platform (2x300 bp). This dataset enables analysis of isotype distribution, clonal expansion, and somatic hypermutation during breast cancer progression.
