Site Data from an Archaeological Evaluation at Partridge Hill Farm, High Common Lane, Austerfield, Doncaster 2020

This collection comprises site data from an archaeological evaluation undertaken between March and April 2020 by Wessex Archaeology of a 45-ha parcel of land located adjacent to Partridge Hill Farm in association with the proposed installation of a solar farm. The evaluation comprised the excavation of a total of 105 trenches and established that 35 of the trenches revealed archaeological features and deposits, indicating a concentration of archaeological remains in the southernmost part of the evaluated area
