The changes of NSSI adolescents and their parents before and after mindful parenting intervention

In this dataset, the parents of adolescents exhibiting non-suicidal self-harm were categorized into an intervention group and a treatment-waiting group. Scores for anxiety, depression, and mindful parenting were assessed for parents in both groups at two time points: before and after the intervention. Additionally, the scores for anxiety, depression, impulsivity, and non-suicidal self-harm behaviors were evaluated for adolescents in both groups. The collection of this dataset underwent review by a professional ethics committee, and informed consent was obtained from each participant.
