Datasets used for meta-analysis of parasite diversity in the Indian River Lagoon

There are four datasets. The datasets "all_crustacean_prev..." and "all_fish_prev..." contain data for parasite prevalence, abundance, and intensity extracted from the literature. The dataset "IRL meta-analysis..." contains all the raw data collected from the IRL that was used for comparison to data extracted from the literature. Lastly, the dataset, "Moore et al. 2019...." is a previously unpublished dataset that was also used in the meta-analysis. The Word doc "Supplementary Bibliographic Information" contains the following: 1) a PRISMA flow diagram detailing how search records were evaluated in our meta-analysis; 2) bibliographic information for all studies that were excluded from the data extraction phase; and 3) full bibliographic information for all studies included in the final quantitative synthesis.
