The dataset contains annotated images of columnar apple trees. The images were taken during 2024, in Czech Republic, in the East Bohemian region. The images were taken during the night, with artificial lighting. Camera used: Luxonis OAK-D Pro PoE camera (IMX378 sensor, original resolution 1080×1920). The dataset contains: tree annotation using building boxes, branch/crown annotation using polygons, annotation of entire individual crowns for validation purposes.
