资源简介:
Scanlan derivatives (i.e. flutter derivatives) are force coefficients employed for aeroelastic analysis of long-span bridges. These coefficients are usually determined through wind tunnel tests. The data set shared herein is related to the test results of a set of free decay aeroelastic experiments, carried out in the wind tunnel of Northeastern University, Boston, MA (USA). In order to examine the variability and identify experimental errors, each test was repeated thirty times at various flow speeds. Experimental variability enables further evaluation of uncertainty propagation in aeroelastic systems, structural reliability and performance-based wind engineering for long-span bridges. The main experimental results are included in the enclosed data file.
