### Description This dataset contains quantitative phenotypic measurements derived from time-lapse microscopy of *Aspergillus niger* strains. Data were collected at the initial time point (time = 0) to capture inherent variability before any external influence. Each observation represents an individual spore or mycelial object, measured for traits such as: - **Area** : Approximate size of the object- **Contrast**: Texture intensity from image-based analysis- **Elongation**, **Circularity**, and additional shape descriptors- **Metadata** including species ID, treatment, and replicate info The dataset includes three strains:- **N402**: Mature reference strain- **N402 38h**: Immature reference strain- **SJS128**: Mutant strain Data were collected as part of a doctoral research project studying phenotypic heterogeneity in fungal development. ### Files - `1.csv`, `2.csv`, `3.csv`: Replicate measurements with consistent structure- Columns: Area, Contrast, species, time, FocusedObject.Id, etc. ### Intended Use These data are intended for statistical analysis and visualization of morphological diversity in fungal populations.
