This study contains six samples from a 3,500 year temporal transect (~8,300-4,800 cal BP) through the Baltic region dating from the Mesolithic to the Late Neolithic as well as two samples spanning the Mesolithic-Neolithic boundary from the Dnieper Rapids region of Ukraine. For more details see Jones et al., (2017) Current Biology 27, 1â7 BAM files for Latvia_HG1, Latvia_HG2, Latvia_HG3 and Latvia_MN2 contain NextSeq 500 and MisSeq data. BAM files for Latvia_MN1, Ukraine_HG1 and Ukraine_N1 contain HiSeq 2000 and MiSeq data. BAM files for Latvia_LN1 contain MiSeq, NextSeq 500 and HiSeq 2000 data.
