青岛地铁盾构施工装备运行监测数据资产是基于物联网感知、实时监控和大数据分析技术构建的综合性工程数据资源。该数据资源以盾构施工管理系统为核心中枢,汇聚110台盾构设备(涵盖泥水平衡盾构机、土压平衡盾构机和TBM硬岩掘进机三大类)的实时运行参数,通过每5-20秒的高频采集,实时监测包括刀盘系统、推进系统、同步注浆系统、盾构姿态等70余种关键参数,形成了覆盖"掘进参数-地质响应-施工状态-风险预警"全过程的数据体系。
该数据资产通过智能化的数据处理和分析,将离散的掘进参数数据转化为施工管理决策支持,推动传统盾构施工向"掘进过程可监控、地质风险可预警、施工状态可追踪、管理决策可量化"的智慧施工新模式演进。数据资产涵盖盾构实时参数、设备履历维保、施工进度等核心数据表,支撑青岛地铁三期7条线路的安全施工和精细化管理。
The operation monitoring data assets of Qingdao Metro shield tunneling construction equipment are a comprehensive engineering data resource built based on Internet of Things (IoT) perception, real-time monitoring and big data analysis technologies. Taking the shield tunneling construction management system as its core hub, this data resource aggregates real-time operating parameters of 110 sets of shield tunneling equipment, covering three categories: slurry shield machines, earth pressure balance shield machines and TBM hard rock tunnel boring machines. With high-frequency data collection conducted every 5 to 20 seconds, it monitors more than 70 key parameters in real time, including cutterhead system, propulsion system, synchronous grouting system, shield attitude and others, forming a full-process data system covering "excavation parameters - geological response - construction status - risk early warning". Through intelligent data processing and analysis, this data asset transforms discrete excavation parameter data into decision support for construction management, promoting the evolution of traditional shield tunneling construction to a new model of intelligent construction characterized by "monitorable excavation process, early warning of geological risks, traceable construction status and quantifiable management decisions". The data asset includes core data tables such as real-time shield parameters, equipment maintenance records and histories, and construction progress, supporting safe construction and refined management of 7 lines in Phase III of Qingdao Metro.
