智能边缘计算节点资源调度数据集专为智能边缘计算节点资源调度设计。该数据集包含节点编号、节点名称、CPU使用率(%)、内存使用率(%)、存储使用率(%)、网络带宽(Mbps)、任务队列长度、当前任务数、平均响应时间(ms)、温度(C)、能耗(W)、调度策略、调度时间等多个维度。采用描述性统计分析和相关性分析,结合K-means聚类,使用轮廓系数(Silhouette Score)评估聚类效果,选择最优K值,进行分类与预测建模,从而得出任务的优先级。
The Intelligent Edge Computing Node Resource Scheduling Dataset is specifically designed for resource scheduling tasks of intelligent edge computing nodes. This dataset covers multiple dimensions including node ID, node name, CPU usage (%), memory usage (%), storage usage (%), network bandwidth (Mbps), task queue length, number of active tasks, average response time (ms), temperature (°C), energy consumption (W), scheduling strategy, and scheduling time. Descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis were performed, combined with K-means clustering. The Silhouette Score was utilized to evaluate clustering performance, select the optimal K value, and subsequently carry out classification and prediction modeling to derive task priorities.
