This dataset contains raw drone images from two mapping missions that were flown over Lachea Island and the surrounding Cyclops Islands near Aci Trezza, Italy (Sicily). Both missions were flown on the morning of 8 October 2023 using an Autel EVO-II RTK Professional quadcopter drone. The missions consisted of a double grid pattern that was flown at 60 m. Camera pitch was set to 45 deg with an overlap of 70% between images.
These data were collected during the BridgET Summer School that was held in Aci Trezza, Sicily from 30 September to 11 October 2023.
