2017-2020年中国湖泊微生物宏基因组抗逆基因数据集

本数据集针对全国28个典型湖泊进行了湖泊水体宏基因组数据收集，覆盖了湖泊微生物多样性调查样品基本信息、湖泊抗逆基因信息，数据以湖泊为单元，共1283条数据记录。数据文件包含了Excel表格文件。该数据集主要通过对调查采样数据的规范化整理、分析综合而成。

This dataset collects metagenomic data of lake water bodies from 28 typical lakes across China. It covers basic information of samples for lake microbial diversity surveys and information on lake stress-resistant genes. The data is organized by lake, with a total of 1283 data records. The dataset includes Excel spreadsheet files. This dataset was mainly compiled through standardized organization, analysis and integration of survey and sampling data.
