RT-qPCR reference gene stability analysis in human iPSC-derived neural progenitor cells: data and R code

This dataset contains the processed RT-qPCR data and R analysis code supporting the manuscript “Validation of Robust Reference Genes for Circadian RT-qPCR Analysis in Human iPSC-Derived Neural Progenitor Cells”. The deposited data include mean Ct values from independent differentiation and circadian synchronisation experiments performed in four hiPSC-derived neural progenitor cell lines, together with primer amplification-efficiency information. The accompanying R script performs reference-gene stability analyses using comparative ΔCt, BestKeeper, geNorm and NormFinder-like approaches, integrates method-specific rankings, performs stability analysis excluding RNA18S, calculates relative expression using single- and multi-reference normalisation strategies and assesses reference-gene stability across the four cell lines.
