Institutions as Switching Circuits — data & code (v1.0)

This deposit contains all data and code to reproduce Institutions as Switching Circuits (v1.0). Data (/data): cadence & severity (tc_*), latency ladders (1914 & 1939), κ carrier and pre-whitened EWS (D6, D20, D21), ABM outputs (N=4/8), severity-mapping tables (incl. abm_s6_summary.json), interventions, and external snapshots (COW alliances v4.1; OWID population — Europe & World). Code (/code): one script per result (s4_ordering_tweaks.py, abm_s5_baseline.py, abm_s6_mapping.py, s7_interventions.py, helpers) plus environment.yml/requirements.txt. Figures (/figures): vector PDFs generated by the scripts. Manifest (/manifest): full file inventory (FILELIST.csv) and SHA256SUMS.txt (SHA-256 for every file). Reproduction: create the environment, then run bash run_all.sh (or execute the scripts stepwise) to regenerate all tables/figures.
