Lillis_Classroom_Surfaces

The sequence file contains MiSeq 16S sequences from surfaces in a university classroom. They are broken up into 4 groups of surfaces, and those groups are divulged within the metadata file. Coordinates in metadata file are grid coordinates from the classroom used for spatial analysis, (1 unit in metadata file = c. 50 cm). Classroom dimensions were 9.2m x 15.2m.
