This study aimed for investigation of COVID-19 gene markers and metatranscriptomic markers. Samples were collected from COVID-19 positive patients (determined by RT-qPCR) and negative donors. Sequencing was performed on NextSeq 500 and NextSeq 2000 (Illumina) platforms using 2x75 or 2x100 paired-end sequencing setup, respectively.
