Dataset for the paper "LISFLOOD-FP 8.2: GPU-accelerated multiwavelet discontinuous Galerkin solver with dynamic resolution adaptivity for rapid, multiscale flood simulation"

This dataset contains test case-specific input files and pre/postprocessing scripts for reproducing the simulations of the tsunami-induced flooding test cases investigated in the paper. To reproduce the simulations, obtain the source code of the LISFLOOD-FP 8.2 release from https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.4073010 and then follow the instructions for running the GPU-MWDG2 solver at https://www.seamlesswave.com/Adaptive.html.
