Data deposited here have origins through the National Cancer Institute Pediatric Preclinical Testing Consortion (NCI PPTC) and Alex's Lemonade Stand.The RNAseq data is an FPKM matrix of 250 samples measured across 51,968 genes.The alterations matrix consist of deleterious DNA mutations, DNA copy number alterations, and fusions of varying functional confidence.Gene expression classifiers are applied to the gene expression matrix and the results are interpreted in https://github.com/marislab/pdx-classification
