At the isolate level, number obtained, gnd-sequence typed (gST) and submitted to whole genome sequencing (WGS), number of different gSTs and phylogroups detected, and at the sample level, number of reads of gnd sequences obtained by metabarcoding, percentage of the total number of reads, gamma and alpha diversity (i.e., total number of gSTs across samples and mean number of gSTs by sample).
