qPCR_Data.csv – qPCR results from the Pressure Experiment for each individual qPCR replicate.
Fields:
pore_size – the filter pore size in µm.
pressure – the user-input pressure threshold value in -psi.
filter_replicate – the filter replicate number for each combination of pressure and pore size.
qPCR_replicate - the qPCR replicate number for each filter sample.
SQ – The calculated starting quantity (DNA copies/reaction) from each qPCR replicate.
Cq – The Cq value resulting from each qPCR replicate.
