Pre-review and approval data for publishing qualifications of primary and secondary school textbooks. Eligible applicants shall meet all the following requirements: possessing educational publishing background or relevant professional publishing background; having a publishing scope matching the subject specialties of the applied textbooks and more than 5 years of publishing experience; establishing a dedicated editing department for primary and secondary school textbooks; employing no fewer than 3 full-time editorial staff on the payroll with relevant subject professional background and intermediate or higher publishing professional qualification for each applied textbook subject; having established editing, review, proofreading and printing systems to ensure the publishing quality of primary and secondary school textbooks; possessing sustainable professional supporting service capabilities aligned with the use of primary and secondary school textbooks, including textbook training, follow-up services, content revision and other related supporting services; having funds and business scale adapted to the publishing of primary and secondary school textbooks; and having no bad records of serious violations of publishing laws, regulations and rules within the past 3 years.
