Rhesus macaque, gelada, and capuchin monkey enzymatic DNAm sequencing files

Samples utilized for paper titled "Best practices for high-throughput, cost-effective enzymatic DNA methylation sequencing" which tests the use of a multiplexed, capture-based enzymatic method of detecting DNA methylation on three species of non-human primates (rhesus macaque, gelada, and capuchin). Also includes paired macaque samples processed using reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS).
