资源简介:
This project aiming at the problems of unclear nitrogen conversion mechanism and low nitrogen use efficiency in rhizosphere soil of Lycium barbarum, the main wolfberry cultivar "Ningqi no. 1" of the same tree age as the research object and implemented different gradient nitrogen treatment to make wolfberry plants form three nutrient states of nitrogen deficiency, normal and abundant. By sequencing and q-PCR quantitative analysis of rhizosphere soil microbial diversity, the response of wolfberry rhizosphere nitrogen transforming microorganisms to the difference of nitrogen application rate was studied. At the same time, the metabolome of wolfberry fruits with different treatments was determined to study the response of fruit secondary metabolites to the difference in nitrogen application rate. Based on this, the structure and function of nitrogen-converting microorganisms in rhizosphere of wolfberry were investigated.
