This dataset collects and analyzes key consumer metrics from online sales platforms, including gender, age, region, 90-day consumption frequency, browsing frequency, search frequency, followed merchants and followed products. It scores consumers based on consumption-related weight coefficients, enabling evaluation of consumer value and profitability, and providing support for refined operation strategies of e-commerce platforms to boost user activity and consumption capacity. 1. Data Collection: Data is collected from the Zheli Jinxiao official WeChat account, covering user ID, name, gender, age, district/county, 90-day consumption frequency, 90-day browsing frequency, 90-day search frequency, followed merchants, followed products, etc. 2. Data Processing: Deduplication, merging and accumulation are conducted on the collected data. A linear combination model is established using the data of columns F, G and H, namely "90-day consumption frequency", "90-day browsing frequency" and "90-day search frequency". The weight coefficients are set as WF=0.6, WG=0.3 and WH=0.1 respectively, and the total consumer score T is calculated as T = 0.6×F + 0.3×G + 0.1×H. 3. Data Analysis: Consumers are graded by their scores: D-level customers for scores greater than 0 and ≤10, C-level customers for 10 < scores ≤20, B-level customers for 20 < scores ≤30, A-level customers for 30 < scores ≤40, and S-level customers for scores >40. 4. Data Feedback: Through tiered customer management, this dataset provides data support for personalized services targeting customers of different value tiers, further facilitating merchants' product improvements and enhancing consumer activity and consumption capacity.
