In our study, seven independent failure experiments were conducted on <strong>sandstone</strong> specimens under <strong>mean stress of 100 MPa</strong>, while changing the <em><strong>θσ</strong></em><strong> from -30° to +30°</strong>. The specimens were first subjected to a mean stress of 100 MPa (loading rate: <em>σ</em>1 = <em>σ</em>2 = <em>σ</em>3 = 0.2 MPa/s), and then different loading paths were applied at different <em>θσ</em> until failure occurred. These loading paths are shown in our paper (Table 2). The AE signals were recorded in real-time during the experiments. <br> So this uploaded dataset is the raw AE waveform datasets from sandstone failure under different 3-D stress paths.
