FLIM Image Files, Masks, and Classification

FLIM images of mouse lung tissue in HDF5 format (images.hdf5). Images are organized in the following hierarchy: Image name > fluorescence acquisition channel > phasor component ('g' or 's') or fluorescence intensity ('int') Cell nuclei masks in HDF5 format (masks.hdf5) includes the associated mask images for a subset of the FLIM images, organized by FLIM image name. Each individual mask has a unique numerical value that also identifies it for the cell classification CSV. Cell classification dataset (cell_class.csv) includes the individual cell classification names for a subset of the FLIM images, organized by FLIM image name, tissue (classification), mask value, and location of the centroid of the mask (x and y). Scripts to access the data and run the models available on Github (link below).
