Raw data for genome assembly and annotation of Actinidia hubeiensis

In this study, fresh leaves of wild Actinidia hubeiensis (HB) were collected for whole-genome sequencing. Using both second- and third-generation sequencing technologies, we first generated short-read (DNB-T7 paired-end) data and long-read (PacBio HiFi) data, respectively. Hi-C (chromatin conformation capture) data were obtained to facilitate three-dimensional chromatin structure analysis and chromosome-scale genome assembly. Additionally, we sampled leaves, fruits and stems for RNA-seq to predict gene structures.
