This series consists of Certificates of Orders for Burial / Cremation issued by the Coroner; Notices of Signing Medical Certificate Concerning Death provided by medical practitioners and other orders / approvals permitting the burial or cremation of deceased persons at Woodend Cemetery (VA 5210). These orders, notices and approvals were legislative requirements for burials and cremations of deceased persons in cemeteries.Consult VPRS 18346 for the Burial Register.
