Cold induced pain elicits reproducible breath metabolomic responses across geographically distinct populations

Raw files acquired from the analytical platform employed for real-time breath analysis which consists of a SESI source (SUPER-SESI, Fossil Ion Technology, Spain) coupled to a HRMS (Q Exactive Plus, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Germany and the corresponding Exhalion file. Metadata on the subjects, measurement conditions, instrumental parameters, and cold pressor test (CPT) pain response times for the validation cohort and for the discovery cohort.
