RNA-sequencing of sublineage 2.2 Salmonella Enterica strain D37712 under in vitro growth conditions (EEP, MEP, LEP, ESP, LSP, 25ºC, NaCl, low Fe2+ shock, low Mg2+ shock, anaerobic shock, anaerobic growth, oxygen shock, NonSPI2, InSPI2, peroxide shock, and nitric oxide shock) and murine RAW265.7 macrophages. Overall design: Three biological replicates in ESP, anaerobic growth, NonSPI2, and InSPI2, and a single experiment in EEP, MEP, LEP, ESP, LSP, 25ºC, NaCl, low Fe2+ shock, low Mg2+ shock, anaerobic growth, oxygen shock, NonSPI2, peroxide shock, and nitric oxide shock; and two biological replicates of anaerobic shock.
