Pathogenic Epigenetic Consequences of Genetic Alterations in IDH-wild-type Diffuse Astrocytic Gliomas

We examined a glioma mouse model with a mosaic analysis with double markers (MADM) system, of which tumor is highly comparable with human IDH-wild-type diffuse astrocytic glioma. During the process of tumor formation, we collected pre-cancerous cells and tumor cells along with normal cells as control and analyzed molecular profiling with whole-exome sequencing, RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq.
