The CPRD Gold database contains longitudinal routinely-collected electronic health records (EHR) from UK primary care practices using Vision® general practice patient management software. The database captures information on demographic characteristics; diagnoses and symptoms; drug exposures; vaccination history; laboratory tests; and referrals to hospital and specialist care.
