Draft Whole-Genome Sequences of 38 Siderophore-Producing Isolates from Root Systems of Two Pea and One Wheat Varieties

Whole-genome sequencing of 38 representative siderophore-producing bacterial strains isolated from the root systems of two pea and one wheat varieties. High-quality genomic data for each isolate were generated using PacBio HiFi sequencing, producing 6.1 Gb of HiFi reads and achieving an average assembly completeness of 99.43%.
