Genome sequencing of clinical isolates of various Mycobacterium tuberculosis lineages. MTBSEQ

We performed whole-genome sequencing of six clinical isolates of various Mycobacterium tuberculosis lineages obtained from the NRC-MyRMA (National Reference Center of Mycobacteria, Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, Paris, France). DNA librairies were prepared by using the Nextera XT DNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina) following manufacturer's instructions. Paired-end read sequencing (2 x 150 bp) was performed by GenoScreen (Lille, France) using Illumina MiSeq technology.
