各地市直接在“海洋灾普数据上报更新管理系统”进行数据上报审核，全省各地市5年左右普查采集一次，主要是查看对应承灾体的空间分布情况及基础信息，让海洋主管单位更好的管理海洋安全问题【注：9999、9998为业务上的未定义概念，与0及空值是不同的概念；"未定义"就是没有定义未确定的意思；例：比如某个等级数据目前没有定义未确定，有些用户就会写上这个特定值进行示意，表示当前这个数据还没有定义具体结果】

All prefecture-level cities directly conduct data reporting and review through the "Marine Disaster Census Data Reporting, Updating and Management System". All prefecture-level cities across the province carry out census and data collection approximately once every five years, whose core objective is to obtain the spatial distribution and basic information of corresponding hazard-affected bodies, so as to enable marine administrative authorities to better manage marine safety issues. Note: 9999 and 9998 are business-specific undefined concepts, which are distinct from 0 and null values. The term "Undefined" refers to a scenario where no definition or confirmation has been established yet. For example, when the data of a certain rating level has not been defined or confirmed at present, some users will use these specific values to indicate that the specific result of this data has not been determined yet.
