Data underlying the chapter in thesis Ene redutases as versatile Biocatalysts titled Ene-reductase-catalysed reduction and oxidation reactions ***

Here we show the data in relation to our experiments to explored the role of the flavin reduction-oxidation (redox) potential for reduction and desaturation reactions of old yellow enzymes (OYEs). We measured the redox midpoint potential of eleven OYEs and mutants from various classes, and looked at specific mutations of amino acids in the active site that may promote desaturase activity.

本研究呈现了为探究黄素氧化还原（redox）电位在旧黄酶（old yellow enzymes, OYEs）还原与去饱和反应中的作用所开展实验的相关数据。我们测定了11种来自不同类群的旧黄酶及其突变体的氧化还原中点电位，并针对活性位点中可能提升去饱和酶活性的特定氨基酸突变展开了分析。
