This dataset contains the raw ELISA and ICC measurements from a study designed to evaluate the protective capacity of conditioned media (CM) derived from human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs). To enhance their secretory profile, hBMSCs were primed with either the pro-inflammatory cytokine Interleukin-1 alpha or the hypoxia-mimetic agent cobalt chloride (CoCl₂). The protective effects of the resultant CM were then assessed on a microglia cell line subjected to two distinct stress paradigms: lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation and an in vitro model of ischemic stroke (oxygen-glucose deprivation and reperfusion, OGD/R). The ELISA data are provided as concentrations (in pg/mL) using equations derived from 4-parameter fit absorbance-concentration curve. ICC values are provided as corrected total cell fluorescence (CTCF). CTCFs are determined by multiplying the area of selected cells by mean fluorescence of background and subtracting the result from the integrated density of the selected cells.
