Urinary comprehensive genomic profiling: correlating urothelial carcinoma mutations with clinical risk and efficacy of intervention

We developed UroAmplitude, a non-invasive next-generation sequencing-based diagnostic assay that establishes the comprehensive genomic profile of UC from tumor DNA present in urine. To validate the performance of UroAmplitude, we compared single nucleotide variant profiles of urine-extracted DNA to those of matched tumor tissue which that was present in the bladder at the time of urine collection.
