资源简介:
Chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have become diseases that seriously threaten the health and quality of life of Chinese population, and have also become a major public health problem affecting national economic and social development. With the intensification of China's population aging, the economic burden caused by NCDs will further increase. The prevention and control of NCDs has become a core task in the construction of healthy China. Therefore, precision nutrition and NCDs prevention from the age of zero, that is called, "double zero strategies", will help achieve Chinese health goals in the new era and provide more perfect measures and programs for the implementation of the goal of healthy China. Once when a chronic disease is diagnosed, it will accompany the individual for the rest of his or her life. However, a growing body of research evidence has showed that chronic diseases are preventable and that targeted prevention in advance can correct or delay their onset. Precision nutrition of from the age of zero would provide a well consolidated basis for body tissue structure, and prevention of NCDs should also begin at age zero, which included pregnancy/embryo and extend to the first 1000 days of life should cover the full life cycle of NCD prevention, which involves interventions early in life and throughout the entire life cycle, with preventive interventions in early life would be benefiting to individuals throughout their lives; improved nutritional status, balanced diets and nutrition, and increased physical activity in children, adolescents, adults and older adults could reduce the risk of death and disability from NCDs.
