This dataset comprises two equal-sized cohorts of users who participated in a marketing campaign, containing their product purchase histories and relevant associated features. One group is the experimental group that received promotional SMS messages, while the other is the control group. The dataset also includes a binary outcome variable indicating whether a user made a purchase after receiving the promotional SMS. The feature information covers users' demographic profiles and coupon redemption times. This large-scale dataset involves a vast number of users and products, and can be utilized to assess causal effects in marketing campaigns, with the core task being the modeling of uplift models.
