It is available in two forms:<br/> - Trial— Powered by a curated sample dataset. No data connection required. Designed to let teams explore the product and validate its fit before committing. - Full app— Powered by your actual merchandising event data (transactions, add-to-carts, product detail page views, and product exposures) synced from Contentsquare into your Snowflake warehouse. Currently available at SKU level, with category and brand-level analysis coming soon. The dashboard delivers four sections:<br/> - Performance overview— A sortable table of categories, brands, or products with dynamic period-over-period comparisons (last week, month, quarter, and more) - Main metrics— Eight KPI cards covering Product Exposures, PDP Visited, Add-to-Cart Rate, Conversion Rate, Cart Abandonment Rate, Withdrawn Rate, Total Revenue, and Average Order Value — each benchmarked against overall site performance - Trend— A multi-metric chart comparing the evolution of selected KPIs over a chosen time period - Page analysis— Top and bottom 10 non-PDP URLs where selected entities are most exposed in sessions where a key outcome occurred Data refreshes approximately every 2 hours.<br/>It's designed to answer three core merchandising questions:<br/> What products, brands, or categories are underperforming or overperforming today? - Which entities require attention this week? - How are key merchandising and conversion metrics evolving over time?
