DPPIN

This dataset comprises multiple biological protein-protein interaction datasets, with each dataset corresponding to a specific protein identification method. Specifically, protein samples from four datasets are used for model training, one for validation, and seven for testing. Model performance is evaluated using the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) metric. The dataset includes protein instances derived from various identification methods, and the downstream task is a regression task targeting protein gene expression values.
