Linking organic fertilizer properties to in-season N dynamics using multispectral UAV imagery

These datasets contain extracted multispectral bands from UAV imagery, along with above ground biomass ground truth data and environmental data collected in the field trial of the project "Recycle4Bio". Data from winter wheat in 2023 (WW23) and from winter barley in 2024 (WB24) are in seperate datasets. The code (R software) for in-season Random Forest models based on multispectral and environmental data is included. Data is presented in the open access article "Linking organic fertilizer properties to in-season N dynamics using multispectral UAV imagery" published in Precision Agriculture. Data aquisition was funded by the Swiss Federal Offices for the Environment (FOEN), Agriculture (FOAG) and Energy (SFOE).
