Transcriptome sequencing of purified dermal adipocytes and inguinal adipocytes

Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare the transcription difference between purified dermal adipocytes and inguinal adipocytes Methods: Transcriptome of purified dermal adipocytes and inguinal adipocytes were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina Hiseq 2500 v3 sequencing system. Dorsal skin and inguinal fat tissues from P30 (when there are more dermal fat) mice were harvested, and then digested the tissue to get pure mature adipocytes. RNA are extracted from the tissues for whole transcriptome RNA-seq研究目的：本研究旨在比较纯化真皮脂肪细胞与腹股沟脂肪细胞的转录组差异。 实验方法：本研究采用Illumina Hiseq 2500 v3测序系统进行深度测序，以获取纯化真皮脂肪细胞与腹股沟脂肪细胞的转录组数据。选取P30日龄（此时真皮脂肪含量更高）小鼠的背部皮肤及腹股沟脂肪组织，经组织消化获取纯成熟脂肪细胞，随后提取组织RNA并开展全转录组RNA测序（whole transcriptome RNA-seq）。
