Interaction networks plants-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in Mediterranean ecosystems [Dataset]

Arbuscular mycorrhizas (AM) are one of the most frequent mutualisms in terrestrial ecosystems where fungi colonized plant roots. This dataset comprises information on the presence and abundance of different AM fungal taxa, in the form of virtual taxa, in woody plant species of two Mediterranean natural areas of South Spain. The data was generated by meta-barcoding the 18S rDNA of AM fungi in plant roots via MiSeq sequencing. This dataset contains more information regarding sampling source regarding the previous version stored in Dryad repository
